Cataract Surgery
Menassa Vision is a boutique private ophthalmology practice led by Ms Nardine Menassa, Consultant Ophthalmologist specialising in cataract and corneal surgery. By combining expertise in both areas, she treats the whole visual system rather than focusing solely on the lens—an approach that often results in improved visual outcomes for patients.

Most ophthalmologists focus on the lens. Ms. Menassa focuses on the entire optical system. As a fellowship-trained Cornea and Anterior Segment specialist, she understands that your cornea provides 70% of your eye's focusing power.
This matters because conditions like dry eye, blepharitis, and early corneal changes can affect cataract surgery measurements—and therefore your visual outcome. Her "clean the windscreen first" approach helps ensure accurate planning, which typically leads to better visual results.
